How credits work
Monthly pool
Every chat and playbook run draws from your company's pool, shared by everyone on the plan. It refreshes each billing month and doesn't roll over.
Auto top-up
If the pool runs dry, Ruby adds credits at your plan's rate in the amount you choose (default $25), and those credits roll over. On by default for new plans; turn it off any time in Billing.
With auto top-up off
Ruby pauses until you add credits, move up a plan, or the month renews. Nothing you built is lost.
