How credits work
Credits are how usage is measured. Every chat and every playbook run draws from your company's monthly pool, shared by everyone on the plan. Each month's credits are yours to use that month: they refresh at the start of the next billing month rather than rolling over. There is no overage bill. When the pool is spent, Ruby pauses until you move up a plan or the month rolls, and moving up lands the bigger pool right away, prorated for the rest of the month. More on credits.
