Connect AI

Bring your restoration stack into ChatGPT, Claude, and more

Connect Ruby once, then ask any MCP-compatible AI tool about your jobs, claims, and AR. It can search and use every integration you have connected, the same tools Ruby uses. No code, and you stay in control of what is connected.

Setup takes a couple of minutes and is done once by a workspace admin.

Your Server URL

This is the one URL you add to your AI tool. When it asks you to connect, you are sent to Ruby to sign in and approve, no token to copy. The same URL works in every tool below.

Set up your AI tool

Hosted tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Grok) take the URL directly. Command-line and editor tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini CLI) take a one-line add command. Either way, you finish with a sign-in.

ChatGPT

  1. In ChatGPT, open Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced, and turn on Developer mode.
  2. Go to Connectors → Create (or Add custom connector).
  3. Paste the Server URL above and choose OAuth.
  4. Sign in to Ruby and approve access.

Ask once it's connected

Not sure where to start? A few ideas to get you going:

“Which of my open Albi jobs haven't had a note or status change in the last 7 days?”

“Summarize the Encircle property claims opened this week and flag any missing scope photos.”

“Show AR aging from Sage for jobs over 60 days, grouped by carrier.”

“Across everything I've connected, what needs my attention before Friday?”

How access and limits work

Usage limits

Connect AI is included on every plan up to a monthly tool-call limit, with your current usage shown right on the Connect AI page. Need more headroom? See pricing to raise the limit.

Your data stays yours

You connect with a sign-in, never by handing the AI tool your credentials: it talks to Ruby, and Ruby talks to your systems. Access is scoped to your company, and an admin can revoke every connected tool at any time from Connect AI in the app.

Bring your stack into the chat.

Connect once, then just ask.

Run your team. We'll run the rest.
